This year on November 16th, the Ouch Training Team will be taking part in the Big Sleep Easy for YMCA Bournemouth.
On the night of Saturday 16 November 2019, almost 200 staff, managers and directors from businesses and organisations across Dorset are expected to brave the cold and take part in the YMCA Bournemouth Big Sleep Easy to raise awareness of homelessness and the funds to combat it.
The Ouch team are excited to be participating in this challenge to raise awareness of the importance of health and wellbeing for all members of society.
We will be raising money to support the work the YMCA Bournemouth does to help homeless people achieve their individual potential.
As well as raising money this year, Ouch are also providing free training courses to help individual’s at the YMCA Bournemouth achieve life skills and qualifications which will increase their job opportunities in the future.
