For any financial transactions, information will be kept as long as required by law (minimum of 6 years). We do not store debit/credit card information.

For any purchased services, information will be kept for a period of time which is necessary for the purpose it was collected. Certain awarding bodies require us to keep delegate information for minimum periods hereafter it can be destroyed.

Marketing

We would like to send you information about our services or products of ours which we think may be of interest to you. If you have previously consented to receive marketing, you can opt out at a later date.

You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.
