Payment terms:
Payment is due upon booking. On receipt of a signed booking, you will receive an invoice for the total amount paid. All course fees must be paid before the course is due to start. If a credit account has previously been approved, the payment needs to be made within the agreed terms stated on the invoice. All course fees are subject to VAT.

- More than 21 days notice prior to the course* – no cancellation fees apply
- 21 days or less notice prior to the course*- full fee to be charged
*Please refer to the paragraph below ‘Blended / Online Learning’ for additional cancellation terms.
Blended / Online Learning:
For any courses that incorporate blended or online learning, the full course fee is chargeable and cannot be refunded from the time a delegate is registered with the relevant awarding body. Where delegates require registration with an external awarding body, the date they are registered will be classed as the start of the course date in relation to the cancellation terms.
Exam fees:
For any courses that carry additional exam or awarding body fees (charged per person), will be charged for the number of delegates quoted for/requested by the customer at the point of booking. If the number of delegates is unknown at the point of booking, customers will be charged for the maximum number as determined by the awarding body.
Transferring of course dates:
Should circumstances mean that you need to transfer your booking to an alternative date, notice must be provided in writing more than 21 days prior to the original agreed booking. Giving notice of a transfer 21 days or less prior to the course will be classed as a cancellation and the normal cancellation fees will apply (see paragraph above).
