It is the role of the Fire Marshal to manage a fire or other similar emergency efficiently and effectively. Fire marshals play a critical role in being prepared for an emergency including fire safety plans, use of fire safety equipment and evacuation procedures which are all in place to protect employees if a fire was to occur.
