We had a great day on the Emergency First Aid at Work course. Our trainer was really enthusiastic and brought a lot of energy to the day which made the learning so much easier and enjoyable. Attended IOSH Managing Safely 3 day course at Ouch. Very good facilities and having lunch provided was appreciated. Course leader was very knowledgeable and definitely would go back and learn more from Max. Was a nice atmosphere and lucky enough to have really nice students in my course. I will always come here for any first aid training, all the staff are lovely and incredibly knowledgeable!I had the training with David and it was fantastic! I really appreciated him going above and beyond to tailor bits of the course/advice to help me, although my job was slightly different to others.Due to me working outdoors with a range of machinery he went above and beyond to discuss poisonous and irritating plants, dangers of outdoor conditions, and tourniquet advice.I really appreciate it and feel much more confident than I have ever felt before.I cannot recommend Ouch enough!
I just wanted to let you know that the 2 gentlemen who provided the training were a credit to your organisation. They were very helpful and personable and everyone of the people who took the cause stated that they made the course engaging, enjoyable and relevant.
