Simon from Ouch delivered a talk today on Mental health for the members of Dorset Construction Forum at the beautiful venue at Merley House, The Orangery.
It was fantastic that the room was packed and that everyone was engaged with the session.
Did you know according to the Mental Health foundation “Evidence suggests that 12.7% of all sickness absence days in the UK can be attributed to mental health conditions”.
There is some fantastic information on the Mates in Mind website. Mates in Mind is a registered charity, raising awareness, addressing the stigma of poor mental health and promoting positive mental wellbeing across workplaces.
